We have a range of holiday flats and houses available throughout the historic city of York. Most of our properties are registered with the ETC and graded 4* and above. All have easy access to the city centre. Details of the individual properties are listed below. Please call the office to check for availability. Accommodation

On the fourth floor of a seven storey block, the apartment is spacious in layout, with luxury fittings and furniture, and a video entry phone. Decoration and furniture are modern with abstract art adding to the interest and ambiance. All furniture is new. The apartment has a central, but individual room temperature controlled heaing system. The windows are double glazed.

Entrance: Wide and long L shaped entrance hall leading to all rooms.

Lounge: Spacious and fully carpeted, incorporating dining area, two sofas (seats 6), tall uplighters, abstract art, wide screen television, window with side views over the River Ouse. Video entryphone.

The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower over the bath, towel rail, shaver socket, towel store & mirror.

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, cooker & hob and all the utensils, crockery & cutlery you will need to enjoy your self catering holiday. The property does not have a dishwasher.

Through from the hallway into the open plan lounge with a dining area - the lounge has two leather sofas (one of which is a sofa bed) tv & dvd player, there is also a dining table with 6 chairs. This is a lovely light & airy room with a very relaxing feel to it.

47a St John's Street is a very spacious three storey period town house just a few minutes walk from Monkbar Bar, the York Minster and York's many other historic attractions. It has been sympathetically restored and furnished to a high standard to provide an elegant and very comfortable base from which to explore our lovely city.

This a very stylish TWO BEDROOM holiday apartment in the very heart of York City Centre, suitable for a couples & families.

The apartments consists of a well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer etc.), a beautiful double bedroom and a single bedroom. The lounge has 2 large leather sofas, one is a sofa bed for 2 people, tv, dvd & cd player, views over the communal gardens. The spacious kitchen has a dining table which pulls out for up to 6 people.

The bathroom is of a very high standard with a shower over the bath, shaving point, radiator/towel warmer.

The apartment is on the second floor of the building, there is private parking in the basement. There are lovely gardens at the rear of the property that you can enjoy during your stay. This property is very close to the City Centre but is also very close to the road networks which take you out of the city to the East Coast, Leeds, Harrogate & Wetherby. Sleeps up to 5 people. Crambeck Court is a modern property situated in the Bishophill area of York within the City Walls. The apartment benefits from a wide range of local amenities available in Micklegate, whilst overlooking St Mary's Bishophill Junior. There is a secure covered parking space and communal visitor parking with access to Fetter Lane.

The apartment is individually furnished and sleeps four people comfortably. The bedrooms are fitted with large wardrobes, the master bedroom with an ensuite shower, whilst the main bathroom is situated off the hallway. Both have heated towel rails.

There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen including built in dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer adjacent to the large lounge/dining area complete with French Windows. The flat has TV, DVD, CD player and video recorder. In the bookcase are numerous guides, historical books, board and card games.

Crambeck Court is named after the significant finds of Roman pottery discovered on the site, and a full archaeological report has been left by the owner in the apartment. The lounge overlooks St Mary's, reputed to be the oldest standing church in York, with a complete Roman arch incorporated in the base of the Tower.
